,,,,,This year  :'(   It's going to all depend on how much the motor will cost to put in my truck.. I'm looking into a junk yard motor (390 Ford) with a 4 barrel intake.. If I can get this done for under $800 including carb, I might get a day or two (maybe)..

nah just do alot of partnering up. always folks looking for a rider so they dont have to fish alone, always newbs looking for someone to teach them how to make a bloodbath  :tup:

You should be able to get that motor done for close to that. I had a guy replace the 400 in my '78 Ford a couple years ago(their not as common as the 390) and it cost me right around $800 if I remember right. I was gonna put the 460 in, but that was gonna be about another 4-500.
